PLEASE READ!!:  
If you decide to visit any of the above cemeteries in the rural areas of the South, it is recommended that you wear long, protective clothing (briars can tear you up) and use plenty of Deet spray to ward off the chiggers, ticks, mosquitoes, etc.  This is especially important in the summer months.  
Church cemeteries are relatively easy to locate, but the rural cemeteries on private land may present more of a challenge. One more thing you should check before visiting the rural cemeteries is if it is hunting season.
